RESOLUTION No. 2012-03 Shohola Township, Pike County, Pennsylvania THIS RESOLUTION, approved and adopted by the elected officials of Shohola Township, Pike County, Pennsylvania, on the date hereinafter set forth. To that end, we believe the following points on Gas Drilling. Resolved that the rights and concerns of all private property owners must be protected and preserved; Resolved that currently we believe there are insufficient safeguards for our invaluable natural resources such as the Delaware River Basin and our population in general.
