RESOLUTION 2010-09 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF SHOHOLA TOWNSHIP, PIKE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR RETURN CHECKS, A SERVICE CHARGE FOR A MEMO BILLS, DUPLICATE TAX BILL OR A CERTIFICATION OF TAXES ISSUED BY THE SHOHOLA TOWNSHIP TAX COLLECTOR TO BE DEPOSITED INTO THE TAX COLLECTOR FUND. RESOLUTION 2010-08 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF SHOHOLA TOWNSHIP,COUNTY OF PIKE, PENNSYLVANIA,DECLARING ITS INTENT TO FOLLOW THE SCHEDULES AND PROCEDURES FOR DISPOSITION OF RECORDS AS SET FORTH IN THE MUNICIPAL RECORDS MANUAL APPROVED ON DECEMBER 16, 2008. RESOLUTION NO. 2010-05 Resolved that Shohola Township has begun the complex task of understanding and determining a plan of action in dealing with gas drilling.  To that end, we believe the following points on Gas Drilling. Resolved that the rights and concerns of all private property owners must be protected and preserved; Resolved that currently we believe there are insufficient safeguards for our invaluable natural resources such as the Delaware River Basin and our population in general.  We ask all state and federal agencies conduct a review of their Gas Drilling Policies and implement adequate safeguards. RESOLUTION NO. 2010-03 WHEREAS the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Shohola Township Have agreed to use the dotGrants on-line reporting system to file the required Liquid Fuels forms annually, but not limited to the MS-965 and MS-999 forms.
